There’s nothing quite like an opening night in London …the first pop of a champagne cork, a stroll down a red carpet, the cutting of a red ribbon, the first new client standing at a reception desk, or the very first key being turned in a new or repurposed office building.

Architects and designers design the most wonderful, unique spaces for their clients and it’s our job, as main contractor, to bring their vision to life.

Most recent openings include The Portrait Restaurant for Searcy’s at The National Portrait Gallery, Manzi’s Fish Restaurant in Soho and Luci, London’s first Italian Dining Bakery in Covent Garden.

Over the last year or so we’ve been working on a wide range of refit and refurbishment projects in the Greater London area, from sumptuous restaurants like Scott’s Richmond and The Aubrey in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, to Salt Bae’s high profile Nusr-Et and Joey Ghazal’s glamorous The Maine. Bar Thirteen and dial8 (Chateau Denmark) on Denmark Street have an opulence which befits the brand. Also, we’ve recently completed the fit-out of the iconic Pacha Group’s ‘Lio’ Cabaret Restaurant at the historic former Café de Paris venue set in the heart of London’s Piccadilly.

The project at Bromley Town Hall was the refurbishment and redevelopment of the whole Grade II Listed site to create 73,000 sq ft of modern, flexible Clockwise offices, members lounge, 24-bed quirky boutique hotel and a Dorothy and Marshall Restaurant located in the old courthouse. The whole reform is designed to bring business and investment into the local community.

We had a big hand in developing The Outernet experience in The Now Building at Tottenham Court Road. The refit project included a total of seven bars within the venue all catering for a different vibe or sound – Main ‘HERE’ venue (2000 capacity), The Lower Third venue (350 capacity), Dive bar, Street bar, VIP area and two Green rooms.

Then, on the sixth floor of the same building, the amazing Tattu Restaurant which lead to a lovely testimonial from Tattu’s Adam Jones, “I experienced the finished restaurant last night for the first time and it is truly breath-taking. Thank you very much for your hard work and dedication, I recognise the mammoth achievement of delivering this to programme in this climate and I know the sacrifices that have been made to get there. A huge thank you to you all for building what I believe is one of the most incredible fit outs in the world.”

The Origin Restaurant at The Royal Garden Hotel is a study in cool, stylish woodwork. Swingers West End expansion – our third project for the brand – and what fun! Chambers Private Members Club and TH@51 at The Taj Hotel, St James’ – Din Tai Fung Selfridges – Mimi Mei Fair – JiJi Kitchen, Islington. We cannot mention all here but they are all on this site, so take a tour.

Our aim is always to maintain good working relationships with the client and the whole Project Team. We have an open, honest approach to business and understand the benefits of collaboration and planning early on in the project, and, of course, attention to detail. Much of our business is repeat business, we think that says a lot.
