The Barnum Nottingham
We were very proud to work on this project for Grainger PLC to create amenity spaces in their new development in the centre of Nottingham. Located in a significant regeneration site close to Nottingham Train Station, the development is named after the Barnum railway fleet – a unique set of train carriages which once connected Nottingham to London during Victorian Britain.
To encourage community interaction, comfortable, inclusive amenities were included: a resident’s lounge, co-working space complete with booths, a TV lounge and social lounge fitted with a pool table, and a private dining room.
It was a 12 week project, a fit-out of Shell and Core including MEP, joinery, wall, floor and ceiling finishes, working with QS, Rund Partnership and designers, X Ten.
