The Aubrey – Mandarin Oriental
A major strip-out and fit-out of existing restaurant space in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Hyde Park, to create the sumptuous Aubrey, working with Brady Williams and WT Partnership. The project, which completed in December, 2021 included the reception area, lounge bar and lounge area, Curio Lounge, Omakase Bar, private dining room, library and kitchens.
