Having last worked with Will Ricker in 2014 at The Juice Well, our next venture with him took us to the heart of London’s Nova Building. This 12 week project saw the creation of a ‘modern British cuisine’ restaurant designed with a take on the traditional ‘help yourself carvery’ in mind.
