Nolita Social – Bvlgari Hotel
Nolita Social is the private bar located below Sette in the Bulgari hotel.
The key challenges in this project lay in the enabling works, and the need to complete the project in a live environment without affecting the peace for the hotel’s discerning clientele!
Prior to fit-out works commencing a large sweeping staircase had to be removed, and the floor slab was extended to increase the available floor area for the new Sette restaurant on the ground floor. This operation involved the design and implementation of significant temporary propping works, and the installation of major supporting steels, before the slab could be completed, and fit-out works commenced.
As always, the key to success was careful planning, co-ordination and communication. The final product is of a high quality, as you would expect in a Knightsbridge location such as this, delivered in demanding circumstances.
