Gatehouse Apartments – East Street – Southampton
We were very proud of this project. It completed in 15.5 weeks, during the very challenging time between the first lock-downs in 2020, working with designers, Dexter Moren. Within the development of a new one and two bedroom, built-to-rent apartment block, WFC was responsible for the re-fit of the communal spaces: a 24-hour gym, coworking space, lounge, private dining area and a stunning roof terrace.
