Din Tai Fung
We were delighted to be awarded the fit-out contract for Din Tai Fung’s first foray into the UK market, in Covent Garden.
Set over two floors and including a large basement kitchen as well as a first-floor show kitchen, the scheme involved incorporating many products sourced in China and ensuring they all complied with UK regulations.
