Amazonico
This 13,000ft2 restaurant is on the site of a former bank in Berkeley Square. Secured on a two-stage tender, the internal fit-out was of the complexity and quality that you would expect in such a prime location. The location of the plant on the 11th floor, served by a new external steel framed riser, added an additional challenge.
The project commenced in May 2019 and the restaurant opened for business in November 2019. The basement speakeasy was a late addition to the scope and was completed in January 2020, with works scheduled to take place mainly out of hours to accommodate the working restaurant.
