WFC is a leading leisure industry fit-out and refurbishment contractor. It is our intention to be the contractor of choice for new and existing clients in this sector, winning profitable business by offering a high quality service delivered by excellent people.
The success of our business is entirely dependent on the performance of our staff, whether frontline or ensuring that the business operates smoothly behind the scenes. We therefore take the selection of future team members very seriously. The pre-requisites for potential candidates will vary according to the role, but across the board we are seeking to recruit bright and ambitious team-players who can demonstrate both initiative and the ability to work within a framework.
We can offer you a varied, challenging career where you are given real responsibility, and where the only limit to the pace at which you progress, and the extent to which you develop, is yourself. We actively seek clients and projects that excite us and that we want to be associated with – we share the client’s and designer’s passion for the opportunity to deliver venues that will get people talking.
We do have a framework within which we expect everyone to operate, but that framework is sufficiently broad to allow and encourage innovation and independence.
Every member of the team will have a unique training and development plan that is identified and reviewed through the appraisal process, and which is designed to address specific areas where improvement will the individual to enhance their performance and thereby open up opportunities for career progress.
Most training and development will be through experience and mentoring, but this will be complemented as necessary with formal training delivered by internal or external trainers. The training may be job-specific, or designed to address general management skills.
At WFC we are always looking for good people to join our team. If you are interested in working for us please send your CV through to firstname.lastname@example.org
