The Leisure Industry SpecialistAlthough this will be our 3rd project for the Scottish based brand Boozy Cow, we have successfully delivered over 10 projects for The Speratus Group Limited. This latest project sees refurbishment works to their Dundee venue. Completion is due April 2017.
In the heart of London lies One Blackfriars, a brand new iconic residential building set to transform London’s Skyline. Located on Southbank the building will house 274 luxury residential apartments, a Spa, Health and fitness suite, Private Cinema and private swimming pool. We are pleased to announce that following a competitive tender process we have been appointed fit-out Contractor for all communal areas mentioned above and are due to commence onsite in April 2017.
We are pleased to have secured the fit-out contract for Boom Cycles two brand new studios in Hammersmith and Battersea. Both projects will see former empty shells converted into state of the art spin studios. Work commences onsite at Hammersmith later this month whilst works at Battersea are due to start mid April.
We are excited to be trialling our first digital display onsite at a project in Leeds. The purpose of the display is to communicate precise information on project details, show visuals of what the project will look like once complete, re-in force the rules of site Health and Safety as well as clear instructions of who you should contact upon arrival at site.

We are very excited to have commenced on site at Margate’s famous Dreamland. Works include complete strip-out and refurbishment of the former Punch and Judy Bar, former nightclub escape and the creation of a new live music venue in the Undercroft premises. This is approx. a 16 week project due for completion in May 2017.
We are overjoyed to announce the total raised for our sponsored charity Leuka in 2016 was £8,809.96! This was achieved by a combination of office bake sales, dress down Friday’s and our successful Aberdeen to Penzance rowing / cycle challenge, held here at Head Office. We would like to thank all those who supported us throughout the year!
2016 saw our biggest project to date, at Cherkley Court, Leatherhead. Works included refurbishments of the Upper Lodge, Garden Cottage and Garden House to create a cookery school and guest accommodation, and the complete fit-out of a new shell to form The Golf Clubhouse. Phase one works commenced in November 2015 and we are currently still on site completing the works to the new Maintenance Facility, due for completion in February 2017.
Our fundraising efforts for Leuka continued this month with our Scotland to Devon Fundraiser! With equipment kindly donated from our local Gymnasium, Winners 2000, it was our mission to row the 740KM distance over the 5 day week. We are pleased to tell say that we over achieved both our distance travelled at 821KM and money raised, over £3000. Thank you to all our suppliers / clients who supported us along the way!
Working alongside designers Sagrada this 6 week project comprises of a complete refurbishment of Bluebird restaurant on the Kings Road, Chelsea. Completion is due in September 2016.
