WFC Wins Contract for £13m Leeds Venue

Interior consultants and contractors WFC have been appointed main contractor for London Clubs International's (LCI) eagerly awaited Leeds Casino. Work on the £13m, 60,000 sq ft fit-out commenced in march 2007 and was completed. The project is tipped to be one of the most highly specified casinos in the country and reunites the team of WFC and architects Burrows Cave who were both appointed to work on the award winning Manchester235 Casino; interior designers, Blueprint and a number of specialist sub-contractors who were project managed by WFC. Phil Waggett, Contracts Director of WFC commented; " This is an exciting but complex project to work on and we have been resourcing and co-ordinating a large number of specialist sub-contractors to ensure the different parts of the jigsaw have come together on time and on budget."
