WFC Contracts

As main contractors with a 30 year track record of delivering successful projects to leading leisure industry brands, we have the expertise and resources to complete complex refurbishment and fit-out contracts to a high standard, working with our clients to make the best use of their budgets. We pride ourselves on our ability to complete fit-outs and refurbishments in challenging timescales.

WFC is supported by experienced in-house joinery, metalwork and electrical divisions, giving us a significant advantage to the often changing needs and challenges of a leisure fit-out contract.

We adopt a flexible approach to projects, to suit client requirements; we are equally at ease operating under traditional, design and build or "turnkey" contract.

Most importantly we use our expertise to deliver our clients a quality product. Every contract is overseen by a Director who takes responsibility for delivery of the project by appointing a team comprising a contract manager, site agent and additional resources as appropriate. We work with a network of sub-contractors who have leisure industry expertise and can provide specialist skills.
