We adopt a flexible approach to projects, to suit the client�s requirements, and are equally at ease operating under a traditional, Design and Build or �turnkey� contract.
What is important to us is that we use our expertise to deliver our clients a quality product in a manner that enables them to concentrate on operating and growing their business.
Every contract is overseen by a Director, who takes responsibility for delivery of the project by appointing a team comprising a Contract Manager, Site Agent and additional resources as appropriate. In addition to our own employees, we have access to a broad network of sub-contractors who have experience of operating in the leisure industry environment.
Health and Safety management is taken very seriously, with our own Safety Officer advising, monitoring and developing our management systems.
